At Le Tanneur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your leather goods do not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return them for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return to generate your return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all protective covers and authenticity cards, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
